Job Title: Senior Agile Team Facilitator

This is a senior role for an experienced Scrum Master to lead and guide Engineering Scrum Teams, focusing on delivering high-impact software and features that deliver value to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate effective communication among team members.
  • Keep all parties on track and informed of project progress.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders.
  • Champion agile values, principles, and practices within the organization.
  • Onboard, train, and mentor scrum team members.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including stand-up meetings, sprint meetings, retrospectives, etc.
  • Help Product Owners refine, arrange, and optimize product backlogs.
  • Remove roadblocks that can hinder the progress of teams.
  • Tweak and adjust the team's Agile practices to better facilitate software delivery, as needed.
  • Coordinate with release planning and deployment activities.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Agile Scrum Master Certification (preferably).
