Remote Contingent Customer Service Representative

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to work as contingent contact center agents in response to disaster relief efforts. This is a temporary, remote position that requires exceptional customer service skills and the ability to learn our account management systems.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving the customer's experience by providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries. We are looking for team players who can work well under pressure and maintain regular attendance and punctuality.

You will be required to use your problem-solving skills and conflict resolution techniques to resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner. We value teamwork and collaboration, so you will be working closely with other agents and supervisors to achieve our goals.
Responsibilities- Assist customers with service inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions
- Learn and apply our account management systems to improve customer satisfaction
- Work collaboratively with other agents and supervisors to achieve team goals
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating systems
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
