Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service.

You will be working closely with our customers to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a great opportunity to develop your communication skills and build strong relationships with our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolving customer complaints and concerns
  • Providing product information and recommendations
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous call center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications

This is a sedentary role that requires minimal physical activity. You will be working in a professional office environment and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset.

The ideal candidate will be authorized to work in the country where the job is based and will be willing to submit up to a LEVEL II background and/or security investigation with a fingerprint. Job offers are contingent on background/security investigation results.
