Investment Program Specialist

This role provides critical support to investment programs by ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Interaction with stakeholders including investment professionals, tax and legal experts, depositary banks, auditors, and administrators is paramount.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understanding various investment structures across asset classes (private equity, private real estate, private infrastructure, private debt)
  • Monitoring and reviewing tax and legal documents for accuracy and completeness
  • Liaising with external parties for document exchange related to asset safekeeping and record-keeping
  • Supporting annual ownership verification process within the European AIFMD framework
  • Coordinating with auditors for asset reconciliation, depositary confirmations, and other audit tasks
  • Independently handling workload and managing timelines effectively
  • Ensuring diligent understanding and strict adherence to processes and controls
  • Proactively supporting team lead and colleagues in business-as-usual topics and projects
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Financial Management, Accountancy, Legal Management, or equivalent field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in operations teams of private equity or financial services industries
  • Ability to understand and interpret corporate transaction documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, proactive behavior, and solution-oriented approach
