Digital Marketing Strategist

This role will oversee the administration of marketing efforts and assist with the execution of marketing initiatives across various channels.

Key responsibilities include coordinating marketing activities, maintaining websites and implementing SEO improvements, managing marketing materials and creative assets, overseeing digital campaigns and monitoring performance, and maintaining communication with agents, agencies, and carriers.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of administrative processes, and be able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate marketing activities and support the execution of marketing initiatives
  • Maintain websites and implement SEO improvements
  • Manage marketing materials and creative assets
  • Oversee digital campaigns and monitor performance
  • Maintain communication with agents, agencies, and carriers
  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team
  • Contribute to strategic project leadership and cross-functional collaboration

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years in marketing coordination, project management, or digital marketing (insurance/financial industry experience preferred)
  • Experience with Social Media Advertising, Email Automation, Video Production, web analytics
  • Proficient with project management software (Asana, Zoho, Trello)
  • Proficient with website platforms and CRMs (WordPress or similar)
  • Proficient with Lead Management Software (TLD, GHL)
  • Proficient with MS Office/Google Workspace
  • Proficient with SEO tools
  • Proficient with creative tools (CANVA, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
