Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned leader to head our team of marketers. As a PPC Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of analysts and communicating with clients by email to create, optimize, and manage paid media accounts delivering against performance, ROI, and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of marketing professionals and communicate effectively with clients to deliver high-quality results.
  • Lead the development of paid media strategies and tactics to drive business growth.
  • Participate in testing and optimization to ensure all elements are executed confidently.
  • Monitor and evaluate performance KPIs for all Google Ads campaigns and troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with other teams to respond to client queries and provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search for client campaigns.
Qualifications
  • At least 3-5 years of experience managing a team of marketers.
  • Deep expertise in Google Ads and Google Ads Editor, with the ability to lead experienced Google and Facebook admins.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or equivalent programs, with regular use of spreadsheets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
