Remote Customer Service Representative Opportunity

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing company specializing in delivering tailored solutions to meet diverse client needs.

We seek enthusiastic individuals for Remote Customer Service Agent roles supporting various customer service initiatives for prominent clients.

  • This position involves assisting customers with inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • You'll contribute to high-impact projects with iconic brands, creating memorable customer experiences.
  • A strong command of the English language (written and spoken) is required.

Candidates must have prior call center experience and reside within 80km of our office location.

  • An appropriate, quiet work environment is necessary.
  • A high-speed internet connection is also required.

Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  2. Resolve customer issues promptly through effective problem-solving.
  3. Research and retrieve information to support customer needs.
  4. Accurately document interactions and process claims.
  5. Guide customers through available options to find suitable solutions.
  6. Familiarity with scripts, policies, and procedures is essential.
  7. Protect customer privacy and handle sensitive information accordingly.
  8. Educate customers on available resources.
  9. Stay updated with training, updates, and program knowledge.
  10. Maintain consistent attendance and adhere to scheduling requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Ideal Candidates Possess:

  1. Age 18 or older.
  2. High school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Prior call center experience.
  4. Work from home experience.
  5. Strong proficiency in the English language.
  6. Typing speed of 20+ WPM.
  7. A stable high-speed internet connection.
  8. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  9. Familiarity with Windows operating systems.
  10. Problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  11. Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
