Exceptional Customer Experience Specialist

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including inbound and outbound calls, live chats, emails, and text messages. The successful candidate will provide accurate information, answer customer inquiries, and redirect customers to relevant departments when necessary.
The Customer Service Representative will be working with a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and growth. Key responsibilities include attending to administration duties such as data entry, funding, and reports. This is a full-time permanent work-from-home position with flexible hours.
Key Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in telecommunications, preferably in a BPO - North American Account
- 1 year of experience working with Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets
- A reliable internet connection (no pocket WiFi)
Benefits:
- Competitive monthly salary range: 25,200-32,000 PHP

About the Role:
- Provide exceptional customer service at each step of the way, taking time to clearly answer customer questions and provide accurate information
- Answer any customer inquiries and redirect customers to respective departments when needed
- Find and implement the correct solution for each customer, whether it's adjusting a payment date, processing an early payment or restructuring loan terms
- Collect customer testimonials and handle reviews
- Attend to administration duties such as data entry, funding, and reports
