Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate brand and SKU performance, conduct comprehensive category analysis, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy alignment, and lead annual channel management initiatives.

  • Recommend additional products, assess competitors' offerings, and implement effective strategies to enhance market presence while evaluating and improving trade marketing programs.

  • Manage trade cost budgets specifically for Modern Trade Channel Customers, co-approve activity mechanics based on aligned strategies from the Business Unit, monitor sales realization and P&L, track program post-evaluations, and compute sourcing activities.

  • Co-manage event pitches, co-approve most qualified agencies, and conduct post-evaluation of special events under the Modern Trade accounts within the trade cost framework.

  • Co-sign sales forecasts, formulate forecasts based on off-take and monitor sell-in volume and sales turnover versus forecasts to inform data-driven business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to Trade Marketing and/or Brand Marketing.

  • Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of financial performance from topline to bottom line.

  • Proficient in computer applications and business software.

  • Highly analytical with strong critical-thinking skills.
