Job Title:

The Finance Business Partner Specialist is a crucial role within an organization, playing a pivotal part in supporting operational performance analysis and strategic decision-making. Key responsibilities include coordinating financial planning and budgeting activities, preparing accurate budgets and forecasts, and ensuring timely submission of monthly Rolling Forecast Reports.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Gathering and analyzing variance reports and rolling forecasts from various departments for presentation to top management.
  • Monitoring CAPEX and OPEX budgets, analyzing utilization, and coordinating with project owners on contract, billing, and costing matters.
  • Preparing schedules for management reports, including presentation material packages assessing profitability and financial performance.
  • Providing analysis and explanation of financial performance against prior year and budgets, key corporate metrics, and pertinent financial highlights.
  • Creating, enhancing, and disseminating templates and forms for submitting, reviewing, consolidating, and communicating budgets and financial plans.
  • Supporting budgeting procedures, budget guidelines, and templates alignment with company objectives and compliance standards.
  • Coordinating departmental budgets, examining estimates and adjustments for completeness, accuracy, and conformity with budget policy, directives, and parameters.
  • Maintaining enterprise financial planning and budgeting systems, providing technical and functional support to budget preparers and approvers.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a bachelor's degree, preferably in Accountancy or related field.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred.
  • At least two years of relevant work experience in finance or related functions.
  • Strong background in financial planning and analysis, including budget preparation and management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
