FINANCE MANAGER -CPA

This role will oversee financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be a licensed CPA with strong leadership skills and a background in real estate finance. Experience with Acumatica or similar ERP systems is an advantage.

This role will be assigned to our sister company, a thriving real estate development and property management firm under our corporate group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full spectrum of financial operations for the assigned company.

  • Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.

  • Oversee compliance with tax, audit, and regulatory requirements.

  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

  • Work closely with senior management to drive profitability and operational efficiency.

  • Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is mandatory.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.

  • At least 5 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, with 2+ years in the real estate industry preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance, and real estate financial modeling.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
