Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and refine psychological tests and assessments focused on workplace well-being, resilience, and recruitment.">
  • Ensure the scientific accuracy, reliability, and validity of Lifekeys' psychological assessments.">
  • Analyze psychometric data to identify traits of high-performing employees within organizations.">
  • Integrate survey results, personality data, and team dynamics to optimize recruitment and hiring strategies.">
  • Collaborate with product teams and developers to enhance Lifekeys' digital psychometric platform.">
  • Explore AI-enhanced psychometric analysis to improve assessment accuracy and predictive insights.">
  • Stay updated on psychometric research and best practices in psychological testing.">

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Psychometrics, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.">
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills; prior work experience is not required.">
  • Proficiency in mathematical and statistical concepts, with an interest in psychometrics and data analysis.">
  • Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) is advantageous but not mandatory.">
  • Interest in workplace psychology, recruitment assessments, or employee well-being surveys.">
  • Ability to translate complex psychometric data into clear, practical business insights.">
  • Strong English proficiency; Tagalog proficiency is an advantage for localization purposes.">
