Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing technical support and assistance to customers in a courteous and effective manner
  • Resolving customer issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department
  • Assisting customers in setting up and troubleshooting technical issues with software and hardware

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards work. They will also be empathetic towards customers and able to work calmly under pressure.

Requirements:
  • More than 1 year of technical support experience
  • Open to flexible or shifting schedules to support our clients
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • A complex thinker and technical thinker to understand the products and services provided by the customers they will be supporting
  • A creative thinker to develop new ideas and solutions that would help improve processes/workflows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Basic technical support background
  • Experience in answering chats, emails, and calls
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
