Job Overview

As a Senior MES Customer Support Engineer, you will be part of our global support team, working on highly technical tasks that involve resolving complex issues and providing excellent customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to work independently and as part of the team to resolve tickets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You will be responsible for reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests on our Support Portal.
  • Training will be provided in-house, and you will have an opportunity to work with leading-edge technology in the food and beverage industry.
  • International travel may be required, as some of our strategic clients are based in the US.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree in computer science or mechanical/electrical/electronic engineering preferably with a postgraduate degree in Information Technology or sufficient IT experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software project delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of SQL databases and proficiency in T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, Triggers is required.
  • Ability to diagnose and address operational data issues using Microsoft SQL Management Studio, SQL Server Profiler, ETL, SSIS, and Visual Studio.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task.
