Job Description:
As an Affiliate Partnership Development Specialist, you will be the primary contact for advertisers, helping them achieve their goals through our affiliate network. You will optimize campaigns, resolve issues, and ensure advertisers get the most out of our platform. Your role is key to driving advertiser satisfaction and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the main point of contact for advertisers, providing support and guidance to help them succeed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, fostering trust and open communication.
- Manage and optimize advertiser campaigns to meet their objectives, analyzing data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with advertiser needs, ensuring seamless execution and maximum ROI.
- Solve technical issues related to accounts and tracking, providing timely and effective resolutions.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to advertisers, helping them make informed decisions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging your expertise in affiliate marketing to drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, applying your knowledge to offer strategic advice and guidance to advertisers.
Requirements:
- Experience in client management, particularly with advertisers in affiliate or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of affiliate marketing and performance-based advertising.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with advertisers.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and CRM tools, with the ability to leverage technology to drive results.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and a willingness to collaborate.
