We are looking for a highly skilled Lease Services Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in the management of our business processes.
You will work closely with tenants, mall lease admin, and mall operations teams to ensure timely transmittal of lease contracts and compliance with policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
- Provide administrative support in the management of our department's processing of documents for signing, clearances, and promotion.
- Coordinate with tenants on signing of lease contracts and assist in admin tasks such as scanning, filing, and uploading of lease contracts.
- Review and validate submitted documents for processing of clearance and prepare quick claims for regular tenants.
- Review submitted promo/VIP requests by tenants and prepare approval letters as per policy.
Responsibilities:
SIGNING RESPONSIBILITIES- Prepare necessary documents/lease contract for timely transmittal to tenants for signing.
- Coordinate with tenants on signing of lease contracts.
- Update TCMS/System for lease contract status.
- Assist in all admin tasks, i.e., scanning, filing, and uploading of lease contracts.
- Review and validate submitted documents by mall lease admin and mall operations for processing of clearance.
- Prepare quick claims for regular tenants with confirmed refundable security deposits.
- Review submitted promo/VIP requests by tenants and prepare approval letters as per policy.
- Preparation of the reply letter is within SLA.
