Job Description
  • Assist in various administrative tasks and support team members.
  • Manage schedules and coordinate meetings for different departments.
  • Conduct research and compile reports as required.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
  • Help maintain office organization and supplies.
  • Adapt to various roles and responsibilities as needed.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field is a plus.
  • Additional certifications or training in Occupational Health and Safety (such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or similar) would be an advantage.
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in general service, at least 1 year related experience is advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards (OSHA, local safety laws, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Organized in documents.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to work onsite in Pasay City.
