We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will be responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This includes:
  • Welcoming guests and directing them to their respective rooms or meeting areas.
  • Monitoring the meeting room bulletin board and maintaining the reception area's organization and cleanliness.
  • Responding to calls on behalf of all departments and coordinating with recipients.
  • Managing transmittal transactions, both incoming and outgoing, and disseminating received documents.
  • Maintaining office supplies and coordinating orders with the purchasing department.
  • Handling accounting documents and preparing them for filing.
  • Submitting work permits and gate passes to the building administrator.
  • Receiving memo announcements and billing from the building administration office.
