Real Estate Asset Manager Opportunity

This is a full-time remote role in the United States where you'll be overseeing rental properties on behalf of the property owner.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Resolve tenant queries and issues promptly, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Coordinate with contractors for repairs and maintenance, ensuring seamless execution
  • Handle rent collection, late notices, and payment tracking, maintaining accurate records
  • Keep property records up to date and organized, facilitating efficient decision-making
  • Manage lease renewals and assist with vacancies, minimizing downtime and maximizing occupancy
Key Qualifications:
  • A minimum of one year of experience in property management (remote or on-site)
  • Excellent English language skills—spoken and written
  • Strong internet connectivity and a quiet workspace
  • Able to work standard US business hours
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Workspace, property management software, and task trackers
  • A self-motivated individual who takes initiative without needing supervision
