Responsibilities

The Talent Development Specialist will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs and initiatives that focus on employee development and engagement. This includes collaborating with HR and management teams to assess organizational needs, develop training programs, and execute strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Implementation of Training Programs and Initiatives
    • Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
    • Deliver training sessions in person or virtually, utilizing a variety of teaching methods and resources.
  • Designing and Executing Employee Engagement Activities
    • Organize team-building activities such as retreats, workshops, and social events to foster a sense of camaraderie among employees.
    • Implement recognition programs to acknowledge employee achievements and contributions.
  • Providing Coaching and Support
    • Offer one-on-one coaching sessions to employees to support their career development goals and address performance issues.
  • Conducting Assessments and Surveys
    • Design and administer employee satisfaction surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the workplace environment.
