About the Role
The Client Delivery and Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and execution of operational support activities, focusing on process management, documentation, and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage purchase orders and oversee end-to-end delivery, collaborating with internal teams
Coordinate signature requests and maintain compliance with internal standards
Acquire and upload contracts into the designated repository
Maintain an organized filing system
Review and purge outdated documents
Act as a primary point of contact for client communications
Ensure clear communication of delivery milestones and expectations
Analyze operational workflows and propose enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in operational support, client engagement, or related roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Strong time-management/organizational skills
Professional, diplomatic, and customer service skills
Proactive, resourceful, and adaptable
Proficiency in Microsoft programs and CRM systems
