Our organization seeks a skilled facilities professional to support the effective management of our properties and assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor PO releases and track progress in the system
  • Process inter company transfers and ensure accurate asset documentation
  • Coordinate asset disposal procedures, including tagging and reporting
  • Collate EHS data on a monthly basis across all sites
  • Prepare hazard reports and participate in regular safety meetings
  • Promote occupational health and safety training among team members
  • Evaluate work permit applications from vendors and ensure compliance
  • Manage incident reporting and coordinate with external parties
  • Participate in regular safety audits and inspections
  • Develop and maintain maintenance checklists for engineering compliance
  • Support facility testing and maintenance activities, including FDAS and emergency lighting
  • Document and track facilities-related concerns and issues
  • Compile and report utility data for shared folders
  • Submit regular reports to senior administrators
  • Conduct walkthrough inspections and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Communicate with stakeholders through memo-based updates
  • Manage petty cash transactions and reconcile accounts
