Job Description- Address Customer Inquiries: Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, live chat, and/or social media.
- Assist Customers: Support customers with orders, shipping, product details, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Experience with tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
