Marketing Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Managing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, social, events, and more.
  • Overseeing content creation and messaging for marketing materials, website, and campaigns.
  • Conducting market research and analyzing customer trends and competitor activity.
  • Collaborating with sales teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
  • Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics and adjusting strategies accordingly.
  • Managing marketing budgets, forecasts, and vendor relationships.
  • Planning and managing participation in trade shows, events, and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer acquisition.
  • Familiarity with graphic design or creative tools, such as Adobe Suite or Canva.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM, and email automation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategy.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics platforms, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in a marketing management role.
