Marketing Manager Job Summary

As a key member of our marketing team, the Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement across various channels.

Working closely with our in-house NYC marketing team, you will support a diverse portfolio of restaurant brands, ranging from high-end fine dining to casual concepts across several states.

The successful candidate for this role will possess excellent communication skills, be able to complete projects efficiently, and have exceptional problem-solving and information-processing skills.

  • Experience supporting multi-location hospitality or restaurant or hotel brands is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt marketing voice and messaging to diverse brand identities and customer bases.
  • Strong tactical marketing execution skills with a creative, strategic mindset.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Mailchimp), reservation systems (OpenTable), CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce), and online reputation management tools.
  • Comfortable proposing and leveraging A.I. tools for marketing and operations.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with ability to manage multiple digital platforms and systems.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with remote and local teams.
