Business Development Opportunity

This job requires the ability to build strong, lasting relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing client accounts and developing new business opportunities

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong, lasting relationships with clients

  • Collaborating with the sales team to provide customer support

  • Taking calls for products, handling problems, entering orders, processing returns, working with CSR to procure goods, and making outbound calls to support various sales programs

  • Assisting with customers' requirements at customer and prospect events

  • Managing company programs and web stores for clients

  • Developing or assisting with presentations

  • Working with various internal departments, shipping/receiving, art, decorating, customer service, IT, and accounting

Requirements for this role include:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Highly organized and self-motivated individual

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace

  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
