Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1+ years direct enterprise-level customer success experience
- At least 2 years related experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, and 1 year in Sales catering to B2B accounts

- Possess rare technical skills and sales acumen wrapped in a strong customer-centric mindset
