The successful candidate will maintain and grow monthly recurring revenue for valued customers, develop strong customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1+ years direct enterprise-level customer success experience
  • At least 2 years related experience in Customer Service, Technical Support, and 1 year in Sales catering to B2B accounts
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Inspired by personal, team, and company achievement with a commitment to excellence
  • Possess rare technical skills and sales acumen wrapped in a strong customer-centric mindset
