Senior Graphic Designer - CRO UI/UX - Email Marketing & High-Performance E-commerce Ads

(Part-Time | 10 to 15 hours per week | $20 per hour | Philippines Remote)

Are you a creative powerhouse with a passion for high-performance e-commerce design? Do you have a keen eye for UI/UX, email marketing, and conversion-driven visuals? If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love crafting designs that drive real business results, we want you on our team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design eye-catching email flows, image ads, and edit engaging video ads for various e-commerce platforms.
  • Utilize top image and video editing software to produce high-quality content.
  • Optimize designs for maximum conversion rates and ROAS.
  • Conduct website conversion optimization (CRO) and prepare detailed reports.
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to align designs with client goals and brand guidelines.
  • E-commerce Graphic Design: Create compelling visuals for ads, landing pages, product pages, and social media campaigns that boost ROAS.
  • UI/UX & CRO Optimization: Design intuitive and conversion-optimized user interfaces, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Email Marketing Design: Develop engaging email creatives and templates that align with brand strategy and conversion goals.
  • A/B Testing & Performance Analysis: Use data to drive design decisions, analyze results, and iterate for better performance.
  • Video Editing: Edit and enhance short-form videos for ads and social media to increase engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, developers, and copywriters to ensure consistent branding and effectiveness.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
  • Proven experience in graphic design for e-commerce & digital advertising
  • Strong portfolio showcasing high-converting e-commerce designs
  • Expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Figma, Sketch, and GIMP
  • Proficiency in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Filmora, or iMovie
  • Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and CRO best practices
  • Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments
  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics and data-driven design approaches
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bonus Skills (A Plus, But Not Required):
  • Experience with heat mapping and user behavior analysis tools
  • Knowledge of animation and motion graphics
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
  • Understanding of persuasive design techniques for e-commerce
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing flows and strategies
