The role of Enterprise Coordinator involves managing strategic restaurant accounts in Asia, ensuring client retention and satisfaction, and driving deep utilization of client services.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Growth, this position requires building relationships, providing training, conducting business reviews, resolving issues, gathering feedback for product improvements, and devising account strategies.

This is a full-time, project-based role with a 2-month duration, working in the London time zone. The Enterprise Coordinator will be responsible for creating a houselist from research into restaurants and hotels, building customer profiles in the main CRM, creating promotions within the customer tool, and building and exporting reports.

Additionally, the successful candidate will complete audits of customer accounts, ensure instructions are challenged and updated across various teams, and build templates across multiple tools as per instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating a houselist from research into restaurants and hotels that exist within certain groups">
  • Building Customer profiles in our own main CRM">
  • Creating promotions within the main customer tool from a template">
  • Building and exporting reports within reporting tools and sending these directly to external customers">
  • Complete audits of customer accounts, from your own research">
  • Ensuring instructions are challenged and updated across various teams">
  • Building templates across various tools as per instructions">

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of administrative experience">
  • Prior experience in quality assurance is a strong plus">
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written">
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google suite">
  • Able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment">
  • Experience in the restaurant industry (in administrative capacity) is a plus">
  • Knowledge and/or hands-on experience in Jira/Trello, Monday.com, Apple Maps">
