Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Business Development Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and gathering contact information for potential leads to support our sales pipeline.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead research, data mining, prospecting, and data entry. They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively introduce our value proposition and establish positive connections with U.S.-based prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use AI tools and databases to find target prospects and collect their contact information.
  • Organize and input data into spreadsheets and CRM systems to maintain accuracy and consistency across prospect lists.
  • Collaborate with our sales and cold calling team to prioritize and refine lead targets.
  • Stay updated on best practices for B2B lead sourcing and compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in lead research, data mining, prospecting, data entry roles.
  • Familiarity with using tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, or similar lead sourcing platforms.
  • Experienced in utilizing G-Suite (Sheets, Gmail) with basic knowledge of CRM systems.
  • Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity.
