Job Title: Oncology Business Development Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Oncology Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with oncologists, private hospitals, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with oncologists and channel partners to generate patient referrals.
  • Conduct sales meetings and engage doctors to refer patients.
  • Become the patients' contact person and facilitate order placement and fulfillment.
  • Generate second-degree oncologist referrals by building a network of medical sales representatives.

Requirements:

  • 3-8 years' experience in oncology medical sales, preferably with global pharmaceutical companies.
  • Strong drive for success and adaptability in a new business model.
  • Ability to attract, activate, and engage with a network of oncology med reps.
  • Ability to work independently and reliability.
  • Degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or related fields.
