
Business Development Liaison

This role involves fostering strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
The Customer Success Associate will work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handovers from sales to support, providing timely value propositions that propel customers to achieve their goals.
This individual will be responsible for managing multiple tasks, prioritizing effectively, and delivering excellent customer experiences through proactive communication and clear expectations.
They will also identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, proposing additional products and services to expand the organization's footprint within existing accounts.
Key responsibilities include timely case management, inquiry resolution, Salesforce account monitoring and maintenance, and report delivery with SLA compliance.
Additionally, this role requires collaboration with the sales team on leads, nurturing relationships with key decision-makers to ensure retention and relationship stability.
Customer feedback and product improvement are also essential aspects of this position, as they involve obtaining first-hand customer information and making recommendations for enhancements.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Minimum 2 years of experience in call center or related roles.
- Proficiency in productivity software, CRM systems, and other call center technologies is preferred; Salesforce CRM experience is a plus.
- Proven experience in case management or customer service roles is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively is critical.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
