Job Responsibilities
  • Process user management worklist requests within Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Provide updates to stakeholders on the creation/maintenance of client-supported product accounts
  • Communicate with sponsors via email regarding issues on the creation/maintenance of supported products
  • Ensure accurate data entry/updates in the Customer Relationship Management system
  • Perform database system performance reporting tasks
Requirements
  • At least High School diploma or equivalent education level
  • Minimum 1 year experience in user management or data entry
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, proficient in English at all levels
