Job Overview:

We seek a highly creative UI/UX Designer to contribute to impactful digital design projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape user experiences with your expertise.

Responsibilities:
  1. Drive projects from concept to completion, starting with client briefs all the way to final delivery.
  2. Guide clients through user flows, wireframing, design, and implementation.
  3. Dissect client briefs to work out requirements and spec out design solutions for developers to implement.
  4. Lead the creation of wireframes, low and high fidelity desktop and mobile prototypes for various clients.
  5. Engage in UX discussions with clients and stakeholders, justify and articulate design decisions.
  6. Implement feedback from stakeholders and work with the front-end development team to handover designs and test completed products.
  7. Present implemented feedback and instructional sessions in 'work in progress' meetings with clients.
  8. Build successful working relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • At least 4 years of experience in UI design, with 1 year leading projects from start to finish.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, including preparing designs for handover to developers and creating prototypes that help clients visualize and understand the design.
  • Good understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and working with templates or themes.
  • Experience in designing consumer-facing websites and apps.
  • Skilled in creating designs that look great and work well on any device (mobile, tablet, desktop).
  • Confident in suggesting new ideas and improving how things are done.
  • Great time management and staying organized.
  • Passionate about design and ready to show it.
  • Strong communication skills-you know how to explain your ideas clearly to different types of people, with the ability to interact confidently with clients and development teams.
  • Comfortable working closely with different teams-developers, product managers, and others.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience working with remote teams across different time zones.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic template customization.
