We seek a highly skilled IT expert to provide technical support for our clients with Microsoft Admin Portals, VOIP systems, and Windows-based environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft 365 Admin Portals (users, licenses, security policies)
  • Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and call routing
  • Support and maintain Windows systems including user accounts, remote access, and patching
  • Provide Tier 1-2 support and incident resolution
  • Document processes and technical procedures
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or support
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Admin Portals and Windows environments
  • Working knowledge of VOIP systems (setup, call flow, SIP configuration, etc.)
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
