About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Senior Accountant to oversee our financial operations across entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance, while supporting the management team with clear reporting and insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the finance inbox and address inquiries promptly.
  • Record, organize, and maintain invoices and supporting documentation.
  • Oversee and execute payments to suppliers and other financial obligations.
  • Perform reconciliations of payments and receipts.
  • Assist the accounting team with month-end closing and tax filings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Xero and hands-on experience.
  • Experience working with multi-entity companies and strong understanding of accounting concepts.
  • Previous experience in e-commerce is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proactive attitude.
  • Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
