Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled financial professional with expertise in accounting, finance, and executive support. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, be experienced with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and be capable of handling administrative responsibilities.

Main Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed financial reports with insightful analysis and recommendations
  • Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, and track expenses using ERP software
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions for data analysis and budgeting
  • Handle accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payroll computations
  • Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to senior management
  • Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits
  • Provide strategic insights to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with ERP software or similar systems
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for administrative tasks
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
