Job Title: Training Program Manager

We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Program Manager to oversee APAC learning programs for bilingual audiences. You will schedule sessions, coordinate facilitators, track attendance, and provide participant support.

This role involves managing program logistics, ensuring seamless delivery of training sessions, and maintaining high-quality participant engagement.

  • Bilingual communication skills are essential for success in this role, as you will interact with participants and vendors on a regular basis.
  • Regional management expertise is also critical, as you will need to optimize session scheduling for APAC time zones and manage vendor relationships.
  • Quality assurance and backup planning are key responsibilities, including documenting processes and providing cross-program support.
  • Service excellence is paramount, with a focus on 24-hour response times, regional reporting, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Language Support: Provide bilingual communication for Manufacturing training programs and participant assistance.
  • Regional Management: Optimize session scheduling for APAC time zones, liaise with vendors, and manage participant service desk.
  • Quality & Backup: Document processes, provide cross-program support, ensure coverage during peak periods.
  • Service Excellence: Maintain 24-hour SLA response, prepare regional reports, communicate with stakeholders.

Critical Skills/Experience:
  • Team Coordination: Strong team coordination and management skills are required.
  • Vendor Liaison: Vendor liaison experience is essential for successful vendor relationships.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and scheduling skills are necessary for managing multiple programs.
