Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct strategic competitor research and pricing analysis to maintain competitive market positioning.
  • Provide excellent customer service by promptly handling inquiries and messages through the e-commerce platform.
  • Execute advanced listing optimization techniques to maximize product visibility and search rankings.
  • Manage inventory levels and ensure all product information remains current and accurate.
  • Create engaging product descriptions and basic graphics to enhance listing appeal.
  • Implement targeted marketing strategies specifically designed for e-commerce platforms.
