Job Responsibilities:
  • Contacting submitted leads to confirm interest and ensure seamless customer experiences.
  • Forwarding qualified inquiries to retailers and fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Accurately updating and categorizing leads to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Working with customers' sensitive information securely and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Applying customer happiness practices to deliver exceptional service and exceed expectations.
  • Maintaining knowledge of client products and services to provide informed solutions and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Fluent German and English (C1 written and spoken for both languages) to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service or Marketing to leverage existing skills and expertise.
  • Hands-on experience communicating with and following up on leads to drive results and achieve goals.
  • Attentive to details and proactive in resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and passion for delivering exceptional service to drive business success.
  • Personal laptop or computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload) to ensure seamless remote work capabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with a luxury brand to bring industry-specific expertise and knowledge to the role.
Work Environment:
  • Fixed schedule: 5 days per week, evening shift CET to accommodate diverse work styles and preferences.
