Job Title: Customer Support Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill this key role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy, addressing their needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Document all customer interactions in the CRM system, maintaining accurate records for future reference and business growth.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service delivery, enhancing our reputation through effective communication and coordination.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience in customer-facing roles is highly preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with basic computer software and typing skills is necessary, with proficiency in English.
