FINANCE ASSISTANT

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field

  2. Must have experience with inventory, purchasing, and/or Accounts Payable and Receivable

  3. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  4. Knowledgeable in basic accounting is a plus

Role

  1. Track, prepare and process, expense vouchers, client's payments, and reimbursements (if any) in a timely manner

  2. Help maintain and regularly update accounting records, ensuring all entries are properly documented.

  3. Proactively monitor and follow up on accounts receivable and payable

  4. Coordinate effectively with suppliers, service providers, and operation teams to ensure smooth operations.

  5. Assist in month-end and year-end closings by providing accurate reports and reconciliations for Finance Officer and Finance Manager

  6. Respond promptly and professionally to clients' emails, calls, and inquiries

  7. Preparation of workers' and employees' compensation, including gov't ben

  8. Communication with other accredited developers for commission follow-up and other queries

  9. Perform such other tasks as may be assigned from time to time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php13, Php15,000.00 per month
