We're seeking a dedicated Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you'll provide exceptional support to clients via chat, email, or phone.
About the Role:- Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support using Gorgias and Shopify.
- Stay informed on product updates and support practices for a consistent customer experience.
We require someone with excellent written and spoken English communication skills, at least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias, and the ability to work independently while handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
Key Requirements:- Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
- A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent time management skills, and be able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive customer information.
