As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers who need assistance with orders, product information, and general inquiries. Your goal will be to identify customers' needs, provide solutions, and build sustainable relationships.
Responsibilities:- Manage a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and online chats from customers.
- Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
- Stay current with industry changes/trends to provide best-in-class service.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience is preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
Candidates who are highly motivated and able to work well under pressure are highly prioritized for this contract role.
