
Customer Support Specialist

This is a customer support position that requires individuals who are friendly, empathetic and have excellent communication skills. We're looking for someone who can work independently and handle multiple conversations at once.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customers via chat, email or phone in a professional manner.
- Handle inquiries related to product information, order tracking, returns and account concerns.
- Use Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Comfortable working independently and handling multiple conversations at once.
- Empathetic, patient and reliable when addressing customer concerns.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
