Job Title: Property Management Coordinator


About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized coordinator to support our leadership team in property management.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management, email correspondence, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
  • Assist with administrative tasks, such as managing listings, preparing contracts, and maintaining compliance
  • Utilize Hubspot to manage CRM and social media campaigns
  • Use AppFolio to manage property information, payments, and tenant communications
  • Answer and manage client phone calls with professionalism

Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Actual experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry
  • Familiarity with Hubspot and/or AppFolio
  • Available to work in US time zones
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and Google Workspace
