About the Role

We are seeking a Property Integration Specialist to support our UK market. In this role, you will play a key part in integrating new properties into Nestify's portfolio. As the primary point of contact for landlords, you will coordinate the onboarding process, oversee property preparation, and ensure each property meets Nestify's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide landlords through the full onboarding process.
  • Coordinate property preparation, including photography, key handovers, and setup tasks.
  • Support landlords with administrative and operational requirements.
  • List new properties across relevant platforms.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Management teams to align onboarding requirements.
  • Manage scheduling, inspections, checklists, and issue resolution during onboarding.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure properties meet Nestify standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes, and competitor activity.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong eye for quality.
  • Previous experience or knowledge of the property management industry is an advantage.
