Job Description

The Property Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of short and long-term rental properties, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing maintenance coordination, marketing, and compliance with local laws for short-term rentals.
  • Overseeing long-term rental property operations, including tenant relations, lease pricing, property showings, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Leading recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Preparing financial statements and reports, performing financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with financial reporting standards.
  • Identifying and acquiring profitable real estate investments through valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Driving business development by identifying growth opportunities, developing strategies, and conducting market research.

Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of PHP 35,000-70,000 per month, along with a cash health stipend, 10 days paid off, and paid training.
