The Rent Collection role is crucial in our organization as it directly impacts tenant satisfaction and property management efficiency. The successful candidate will be able to initiate and follow up on rent payment reminders, communicate effectively with tenants via various channels, and resolve disputes or questions related to rent payments or leases.

  • Responsibilities:
  • Collect and process rent payments from tenants
  • Initiate and follow up on rent payment reminders
  • Communicate effectively with tenants via phone, email, or messaging platforms
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all rent payments, payment plans, and communication logs
  • Resolve disputes or questions related to rent payments or leases
  • Provide regular updates to management regarding outstanding payments and collection efforts

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service. They will also be detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
