Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Configuration Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and maintaining data systems to ensure accurate and timely system performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers and teams in all aspects of implementations, ensuring precise system configuration and high-quality data.
  • Verify the completeness of data entry maintenance on multiple project systems, communicating effectively with stakeholders and exceeding expectations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide a mix of services to customers joining our platform.
  • Perform system checks, analyze configuration issues, and implement resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including system updates, data review, and input, project updates, and other requests as needed.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity, and security by implementing robust controls and protocols.
  • Assist with keeping internal tools and tracking systems up-to-date, including Salesforce and Asana.
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) while adhering to relevant procedures and standard operating procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) or 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
